At Kyrostee, we believe shopping online should feel human — not robotic. That’s why if you change your mind after placing an order, we understand. It happens. Life happens. Maybe you clicked the wrong size, or the design looked different in your cart, or you just felt unsure. We want to make room for that.

We’ve outlined everything you need to know below — from when and how you can cancel your order, to what happens if production already started.

1. If You Change Your Mind, You Have 24 Hours

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no need to explain. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.

Once that 24-hour window passes, our production team usually starts printing your item, and from that point, we can no longer cancel the order.

We don’t want you to feel rushed, but we do want to be honest: made-to-ship means we move fast, and that limits our window to help.

2. Who Can Make a Purchase?

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

We love that our shirts speak to all ages, but legally and logistically, we can only accept orders from adults — or those with adult supervision. If you’re under 18 and want to order, ask someone older to help out. We promise we’ll still treat the order with care.

3. How to Cancel an Order

All you need to do is send us an email at [email protected]. Use the subject line: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email or phone you used at checkout

  • (Optional) A short note about why you’re canceling

We’ll respond within 1 business day to confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.

4. If We Catch It in Time: Full Refund, No Fee

If your order hasn’t been printed yet, you’ll receive:

  • A full refund back to your original payment method

  • No restocking fee, no penalty, no stress

  • An email confirmation so you know it’s been taken care of

Refunds are usually processed in 5 business days, though it may take longer depending on your bank. We’ll keep you in the loop the whole time.

5. If It’s Already in Production

Once your order moves into production, it means the fabric’s been pulled, the design’s been prepped, and the print has likely started. At that stage, we can’t cancel the order anymore — it’s being made just for you.

But don’t worry — if something goes wrong, or you’re unhappy with the result, we may still be able to help through our Return & Exchange Policy. We’re always open to conversation.

6. You’ll Know When It’s Too Late

To avoid any confusion, we send you an email when your order enters “In Production.” That’s your heads-up that cancellation is no longer possible — but again, if you missed it, talk to us. We’ll see what can be done.

7. What If I Just Need to Change Something?

Maybe you typed the wrong name. Or picked the wrong shirt color. Even if you don’t want to cancel entirely, reach out within the first 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

8. When in Doubt, Talk to Us

Seriously. If you’re not sure, just write us. We don’t use bots or send auto-replies. A real person will read your message, and we’ll work with you from there.

9. User-Generated Content

We love seeing how our shirts look in real life — whether it’s a selfie, a review, or a shoutout on social media. If you tag us, email us, or upload a photo or review through our site, you’re giving us permission to repost or share that content on our platforms.

Of course, we’ll always do it respectfully — and we won’t use anything offensive, illegal, or clearly not yours. If at any time you’d like us to remove something, just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Burlington, Kansas.
