1. Need to Cancel? You’ve Got 24 Hours
If you’d like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it—as long as we haven’t started preparing or printing it yet. Once it’s in motion, we’re often unable to hit the brakes, especially if it’s already been printed, packed, or handed off for delivery.
If it’s been more than a day, your order might already be in progress. But that doesn’t mean you’re out of options. Check out our [Return & Refund Policy] for next steps.
2. How to Let Us Know
Just email us at [email protected] within that 24-hour window and include:

Your Order ID

The email or phone number you used at checkout

(Optional) A quick note explaining what happened
We’ll get back to you quickly and let you know if we’re still in time to cancel it. If we are, it’s a clean break — no fees, no fuss.
3. Getting Your Money Back
If we catch it in time and cancel successfully, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method.
We usually process refunds within 5 business days, though your bank might need a bit longer to show it on your end.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email as soon as we cancel or when your order is officially marked “In Production” (at which point we sadly can’t cancel anymore).
4. After the Window Closes
If the 24 hours have passed, or your item has already entered production or been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. But again — don’t stress — we might still be able to help. Check out our Return & Refund Policy to see what options you have.
