We believe that great service doesn’t end at checkout. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process to be clear, fair, and reliable — so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands in your hands.

Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping. We’ve explained things the way we’d want someone to explain them to us: in plain English, without fine print or vague terms.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, not including Alaska and Hawaii. No matter if you live in a big city or a smaller town, we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

We do not ship internationally at this time. We’re still a growing brand, and right now we’re focusing on building a fast and dependable delivery experience for our U.S. customers. International shipping may be something we expand to in the future.

We also do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Policy

Our shipping fee is easy to remember:

Orders under $89: $4.99 flat shipping fee

Orders $89 or more: free shipping, automatically applied

We don’t add surprise fees at the end of your order. What you see in your cart at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.

We offer one simple flat rate because we don’t believe in charging people more just because they live farther away. Whether you’re in New York or rural Montana, it costs the same.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

In most cases, your order will arrive within 6 to 8 business days from the time you place it.

Let’s break it down:

Processing time:
Once you place your order, we’ll get to work. Most orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. This includes checking the items, folding them neatly, packaging them securely, and preparing the shipping label.

Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. So if you order in the afternoon or evening, your order will enter our system, but our team will begin preparing it the following morning.

Shipping time:
After your package leaves our hands, delivery typically takes 5 to 6 business days. We ship via USPS, (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and public holidays don’t count toward processing or shipping times.

Tracking and Notifications

Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. That email will include a tracking number and a link so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

This email will go to the same address you entered at checkout. If you don’t see it within 2 days, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there either, send us a message — we’ll resend it right away.

We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info, especially around busy seasons like holidays.

Address Mistakes and Order Changes

If you realize you made a mistake in the shipping address or want to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible. The faster we hear from you, the more likely it is that we can help.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to update the address or fix an error. Once the order has been handed over to USPS, (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS, unfortunately, we no longer have the ability to change its destination.

That’s why we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping info before you confirm your order — especially the street address, zip code, and apartment or unit number if applicable.

What Happens If There’s a Delay?

Most of our orders arrive right on schedule. However, shipping delays can happen from time to time due to weather, increased carrier volume (especially during holidays), or other unforeseen issues.

If your tracking status hasn’t changed in more than 3 business days, or if your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, don’t panic — just reach out to us.

We’ll contact the shipping carrier and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases, the delay is temporary, and the package is just a day or two late.

Missing Packages or Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

First, check around your mailbox, front porch, or building entrance. Sometimes packages are left in hidden spots.

Ask your neighbors or household members — someone might’ve accepted it for you.

Still nothing? Send us an email and we’ll help you figure out what happened.

In cases where USPS, (United States Postal Service), FedEx, UPS confirms delivery but the package is missing, we may file a claim with the carrier and discuss next steps with you based on the situation.
